Many of our customers work in space manufacturing and are able to leverage a truth about terrestrial taxes: materials exported to space aren’t taxable. We’ve recently added support to track tax rates by part based on item master and pedigree, ensuring cleaner financial records and even better compliance.

Whether our customers are sourcing from suppliers across town or around the globe, Silkline supports quotes and POs in multiple currencies. You can:

• Issue clean, accurate POs across regions
• Maintain dual records in local and base currencies

Budgets

Procurement becomes more streamlined when you can see requests in a budgetary context. Approvers in Silkline can now see how each purchase request aligns with project and departmental budgets, giving your finance team more clarity and control. Approvals, already fast with the median at less than 2 hours, can now happen even faster.

Since announcing our seed round about six weeks ago, we’ve welcomed five new customers to Silkline, each navigating high-stakes production timelines and increasingly global supply networks.
